SendFox Integration

SendFox Integration

Automatically send customer data from your Trafft booking system to your SendFox email lists.

When customers schedule appointments through Trafft, they have the option to subscribe to receive future emails. Their contact details are then seamlessly sent to the SendFox email list you’ve specified. This applies to all bookings made via your Trafft booking forms on the front-end.

The SendFox integration for Trafft is considered a premium integration, and it will be counted towards your total number of Custom Features & Integrations.

To enable SendFox integration, navigate to the Features & Integrations section within Trafft. Locate SendFox and click on “Enable“. Once activated, the card will refresh to display a “Set Up” button. Click this button to access the configuration page for SendFox.

A new page will open with instructions on how to link your SendFox account. Begin by clicking the “Connect Account” button to initiate the setup process.


You will be prompted to log in to your SendFox account unless you are already logged in. Once logged into SendFox, a page will appear asking you to authorize Trafft to access your SendFox account. Click on the “Authorize” button to proceed.


Once your SendFox account is successfully linked to your Trafft account, you will see a dropdown menu displaying your SendFox lists, as illustrated in the image below. Make sure you have created the list you wish to use in SendFox, then select the desired list from the dropdown menu.


After selecting your desired SendFox list, click the “Save Changes” button located at the bottom of the page. From this moment forward, whenever customers book an appointment through your booking website, their information will be automatically sent to the designated SendFox list.

Moreover, on your booking website, customers will now encounter a checkbox option labeled “Subscribe to email list”. If they choose to check this box during their appointment booking, their contact details will automatically be added to the SendFox list you have selected in the settings.
