Online Payments and Payment Settings 💳

Payment Settings are here to help you define the basic settings for your future payments. 

PayPal

Stripe

Mollie

Authorize.Net

Online Payments for Trafft is a custom feature and it counts to the number of your Custom Features & Integrations. 

At the moment there are four options here:

  1. Currency - here you can choose the currency that will be shown next to each price and used during the payment later. For easier use, you can search in the field to find your currency faster and select it. By default, the US dollar is selected. Please note: At the moment only one currency can be used on the entire application.
  2. Price Symbol Position - here you can choose one of the four options in which the symbol of your currency will be shown: Before, Before with space, After, After with space. By default, the Before option is selected so your price will look like this $100.
  3. Price Separator - here you can choose separators that will be used for your prices. At the moment three options are available: Comma-Dot, Dot-Comma, and Space-Comma. By default, Comma-Dot is selected which means that your price will look like this: 15,000.00.
  4. Number of Decimals - here you can set the number of decimals that will be shown on your prices. By default, it is set to 2, which means that your price will look like this: 15,000.00.

PayPal

In order to connect to your PayPal account, firstly you will need to go to Settings>Features & Integrations, and under Features, you will see the “Online Payments” tab.

From here click on the “Connect Account” button next to the PayPal tag, which will lead you to the PayPal Sign-in page, from where you can log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be redirected back onto the Trafft page and you will see the connection has been established through your email, at the bottom of the PayPal tag.

Please note: this integration is only possible with business PayPal accounts, which are verified.

Stripe

Similarly, in order to be able to connect to your Stripe account, firstly you will need to go to Settings>Features & Integrations, and under the Features, you will see the “Online Payments” tab.

From here click on the “Connect Account” button next to the Stripe option, which will lead you to Stripe’s Sign-in page, from where you can log into your account. Once you are logged in, you will be redirected back onto the Trafft page and you will see the connection has been established through your email, at the bottom of the Stripe tag.

Please notethis integration is only possible with business Stripe accounts, which are verified.

It is also possible for you to choose which payment method you would like to set as default, from the dropdown menu.

Mollie

In order to connect to your Mollie payments account, you will need to go to Settings>Features & Integrations, and under Features, you will see the “ Online Payments” tab.
From here, click on the "Connect Account" button next to the Mollie Payments option, which will redirect you to log into your Mollie account, where you have connected and approved the website profiles and payment methods, and where you will be able to see the list of your transactions, refunds, and chargebacks, set permissions, and set up a payment page design. In order to integrate your Trafft and Mollie account and accept your payments, you need to have at least one website profile set up within your Mollie account, as well as at least one active payment method. Back on the Online Payments page in Trafft, under the Mollie integration, you will be able to choose the Website profile you want to connect Trafft to. 

Please note: In order  to connect to Mollie you need to set the currency in Trafft to Euro, since it is the only currency supported in all payment profiles in Mollie.

Authorize.Net

The last payment method is through your Authorize.Net account, and in order to connect it you need to enter your "Authorize login ID" and "Authorize transaction key". You can find these when you log into your Authorize.Net account under API Credentials and Keys in Account settings. Here you will find the API Login ID which you can copy as "Authorize login ID". As for the transaction key, you can set this, by checking the "New Transaction Key" option and then clicking on submit. After this, you will be asked to verify your email address and once you do the "Current Transaction Key" will be generated, which you can copy as the "Authorize transaction key".

Make sure to click on the "Save Credentials" option once you enter the needed credentials, after which your customers will see the option to pay by credit card through Authorize.Net. 

Additionally, once you have connected to at least one online payment method you can also disable the on-site payment option, by clicking on the checkbox next to the " Disable payment on-site".

Once you finish setting up your payment settings click " Save Settings".
